Sub-processors
To provide AIBI, Aspen Blue Capital LLC ("Aspen") relies on the providers listed below, which process data on Aspen's behalf and under its instructions ("sub-processors"). This page is published in compliance with clause 6 of the Data Processing Agreement and is kept up to date.
What data leaves the Platform, and where it goes. A call with an AI agent passes through several providers: one carries the voice, another turns it into text, another generates the response and another turns it back into voice. Each one is listed here with the exact purpose for which it takes part.
1. Platform sub-processors
| Provider | Purpose | Data processed | Location |
|---|---|---|---|
| Telnyx | Telephone connectivity (PSTN): placing and receiving calls, audio transport and recording. | Origin and destination numbers, call metadata (date, duration, status) and conversation audio. | United States |
| Deepgram | Speech recognition (STT): turning what the other party says into text. | Conversation audio and its transcript. | United States |
| OpenAI | Language models: generating the agent's responses and the conversation summaries. | Transcripts, agent instructions, conversation context and any data the Customer includes in them. | United States |
| ElevenLabs | Speech synthesis (TTS) and voice cloning. | Text to be synthesised and audio samples uploaded for cloning. | United States |
| Cartesia | Speech synthesis (TTS) and voice cloning. | Text to be synthesised and audio samples uploaded for cloning. | United States |
| Simli | Video avatar for video-call agents. | Agent audio and the generated video stream. | United States |
| Stripe | Payment and subscription processing. | Billing and payment method data. Aspen does not store full card details. | United States |
2. Hosting and infrastructure
The Platform's databases, recordings and files are hosted on infrastructure from Contabo and Amazon Web Services (AWS) — the latter intended as the main provider — located in the United States. Aspen manages and configures that infrastructure; both act as hosting providers (sub-processors), subject to the guarantees in section 4 and to clause 11 of the DPA.
3. Group companies
Aspen is a venture studio and holding. The companies in its group may access data only where necessary to provide, operate or support the Platform, subject to the same confidentiality and protection obligations set out in this document and in the DPA.
4. Guarantees required of sub-processors
- A contract imposing protection obligations no less demanding than those Aspen owes the Customer.
- Processing limited to the stated purpose, with no use for the provider's own purposes.
- Confidentiality duties and security measures appropriate to the risk.
- Aspen remains liable to the Customer for its sub-processors' compliance.
5. Changes and right to object
Aspen will announce on this page the addition or replacement of sub-processors with reasonable notice. The Customer may object on reasonable data protection grounds by writing to business@aspenbluecapital.com. If the objection cannot reasonably be resolved, the Customer may terminate the affected service without penalty, as its sole remedy.
6. International transfers
Several of these providers are located in the United States. Providing the service therefore involves international data transfers, subject to the guarantees described in clause 11 of the DPA and in the Privacy Policy.
