These Terms govern browsing only on aspenbluecapital.com. If you contract or use AIBI or another of our platforms, what applies is the Platform Terms of Service.

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website aspenbluecapital.com and its subdomains (the "Site"), owned by Aspen Blue Capital LLC ("Aspen", "we" or the "Company"), a limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Wyoming, United States of America. By accessing, browsing or using the Site, the user (the "User") declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site.

2. Aspen's purpose and activity

Aspen is a venture studio and holding whose purpose includes developing, operating, financing, acquiring and disposing of software companies and products. Its current flagship product is AIBI, a platform of artificial intelligence agents for business calls and video calls.

The Site has an informational and institutional purpose: to present Aspen, its model, its portfolio, its philosophy and its editorial content. The Site does not, by itself, constitute a binding commercial offer, an offer of securities or an invitation to invest, nor the provision of a service, unless expressly stated in a separate contractual document.

3. Conditions of access and use

The User undertakes to make lawful and diligent use of the Site and, in particular, to:

  • Not use the Site for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or purposes contrary to good faith or public order.
  • Not introduce, distribute or run malicious software, or take actions that could damage, overload or impair the Site or its systems.
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to restricted areas, administrative accounts or Company infrastructure.
  • Not extract, reproduce or reuse the Site's content in bulk or by automated means (scraping) without prior written authorisation.
  • Respect the intellectual and industrial property rights of Aspen and of third parties.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

All Site content — including, without limitation, texts, articles, trade marks, logos (such as "Aspen" and "AIBI"), trade names, designs, interfaces, source code, graphics and images — is owned by Aspen Blue Capital LLC or by third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by the applicable international intellectual and industrial property regulations. Its reproduction, distribution, public communication, transformation or any other form of exploitation, in whole or in part, without the prior, express, written authorisation of its owner is prohibited.

5. Portfolio, brands and products

The companies, brands and products mentioned on the Site (for example, AIBI, as well as partners and holdings of the group) may operate under their own terms, conditions and policies. In particular, use of the AIBI platform is governed by the Platform Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy and the Data Processing Agreement, which the User must review and accept separately.

Portfolio information is provided for illustrative purposes and may change without notice. Since Aspen develops, acquires and disposes of companies, the composition of the portfolio and the ownership of its products may vary; the Site reflects the position as at its publication date. References to partners do not imply reciprocal endorsement or any corporate relationship, unless expressly stated.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources. Aspen does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those third parties. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement, association or recommendation by the Company.

7. Editorial content

The articles, news items and other content published on the Site are informational and educational in nature. They do not constitute professional, legal, financial or investment advice and must not be taken as such. Aspen endeavours to keep the information accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its accuracy, completeness or continued validity.

8. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aspen does not warrant that the Site will be available uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for damages of any nature arising from access to or use of the Site, from the inability to access it, or from reliance placed on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

9. Personal data protection

The processing of personal data the User provides through the Site is governed by our Privacy and Data Processing Policy, our Cookie Policy and your Privacy Preferences.

10. Amendments

Aspen may modify the Site, its content and these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from their publication on the Site. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are published implies acceptance of them.

11. Partial invalidity

If any clause of these Terms is declared void or unenforceable by a competent authority, that invalidity will not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain fully valid.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and the parties submit to its competent courts.

The foregoing does not deprive the User of the protection of the mandatory rules of their place of residence. Where the User is domiciled in Colombia, the applicable Colombian mandatory rules will be respected, including those on personal data protection (Law 1581 of 2012) and consumer protection (Law 1480 of 2011).
