1. Do not sell or share my personal information
Aspen does not sell identifiable personal data and does not commercialise the conversations, recordings or contacts a customer processes through AIBI without that customer's prior, express authorisation. We may review that content solely to operate, secure and improve the service; sharing or commercialising identifiable data only happens if the customer authorises it (see the Privacy Policy, section 6).
We do generate aggregated and irreversibly de-identified data, which we may use, share and even commercialise with the companies in our group and with partners in order to improve our systems, models and user experience. This data does not identify you and we undertake not to re-identify you.
If you reside in California or another state with equivalent rights, and you consider that any activity constitutes a "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information under the CCPA/CPRA or an analogous rule, you may exercise your right to opt out by writing to business@aspenbluecapital.com with the subject line "Do not sell or share my information". We will handle your request without discriminating against you for exercising it.
2. Use of my data to improve AI models
We do not use identifiable Customer Data to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models. To improve our systems and models we use only aggregated and irreversibly de-identified data, which no longer identifies you (see the Privacy Policy, section 6).
3. Cookies and analytics
You can manage cookies from your browser settings and find the detail of the ones we use in the Cookie Policy. If you decline non-essential cookies, the site keeps working.
4. Marketing communications
If you receive communications from us, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message itself or by writing to business@aspenbluecapital.com.
5. Your rights over your data
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, update, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw your authorisation. You can exercise these rights by writing to business@aspenbluecapital.com.
- Colombia (Law 1581 of 2012): enquiries within a maximum of ten (10) business days and complaints within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days, extendable as provided by law. You may also turn to the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC).
- United States: rights and deadlines depend on your state of residence (for example, CCPA/CPRA in California).
6. If an AIBI agent called you
Important. When an AIBI agent contacts you, the party that decided to call you and that answers for your data is the Aspen customer who operated that agent, not Aspen: they are the Controller and we are only the Processor (see the DPA).
For that reason, to exercise your rights over that call you should contact that company. If you do not know who it was, or if you believe the contact was improper or breached the Acceptable Use Policy, write to us at business@aspenbluecapital.com with the number that contacted you and the approximate date: we will help you identify the responsible party, pass on your request and investigate the case.
